door2solution becomes DOCUFY Vienna and expands its range of solutions

Bamberg/Vienna – January 10, 2025. door2solution software gmbh, a leading Austrian software provider for interactive spare parts catalogue solutions and customer portals, has been renamed DOCUFY Vienna as of December 21, 2024. Anna-Lisa Rabl (34) will take over the management of the company.

door2solution software gmbh, based in Vienna, has been established for many years with its professional solution for electronic spare parts management “door2parts” and customer portals in the mechanical and plant engineering and motorcycle trade. In January 2023, the company was acquired by DOCUFY GmbH and the interactive online spare parts catalog in 2D/3D format was added to the portfolio of professional software solutions for technical documentation, design and service of Bamberg-based DOCUFY.

By changing the name of door2solution software gmbh to DOCUFY Vienna, DOCUFY is making it easier for Austrian customers and interested parties to access the group’s comprehensive range of solutions. The most recent expansion of the group should also be particularly exciting in Austria: The acquisition of theum AG in September 2024 provides DOCUFY with an innovative, AI-supported knowledge management platform. This enables users to organize knowledge from one or more sources according to their needs. Knowledge from various data silos is made available in a user-friendly browser format and automatically kept up to date.

And we are proud that we can now also offer a local service in Vienna with DOCUFY Vienna.”
