DOCUFY strengthens PLM and ERP integration with KGU
Nadine Prill, Managing Director of DOCUFY GmbH, says: “Since the company was founded, we have been dealing with information management in major corporations and medium-sized companies from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology and the software industry. We have been part of Elvaston Capital Management GmbH since 2021. Last year, with the purchase of door2solution GmbH, we expanded our suite to include a professional solution for electronic spare parts management. I am pleased that with the integration of KGU into DOCUFY, we can now also offer our customers new opportunities in the PLM context. KGU, on the other hand, can expand its range of products for its customer base to include products from the DOCUFY Suite. We greatly appreciate the know-how and experience of our new employees in Flensburg and Serbia and look forward to a boost in the further development of our products and services.”
Together into a promising future
Jan-Christian Hach and Falko Schmidt, Managing Directors of the KGU Group, add: “We will continue all previous KGU business activities under the umbrella of DOCUFY. The synergy effects from the joint market presence, the product additions and the expansion of expertise put us all in an excellent market position. Important milestones for us, such as the TechPub Studio® OEM contract with Siemens, will remain in place, as will our location in Flensburg and our subsidiary in Serbia. However, DOCUFY opens up new development prospects and allows us to look forward to a promising future together.”
